The Program of Studies Handbook is designed to help parents and students plan a sequence of classes that both fulfills graduation requirements and prepares students for further education, additional training, or immediate jobs. The classes offered at West High are grouped by departments, which are listed alphabetically. All classes are open to every student as long as prerequisites are fulfilled. Suggestions for appropriate class choices are given in each department's introducion. The final choice of classes should be based upon requirements, student needs, and student interests. |
